I have always slept well. As soon as I put my head on the pillow I go into a deep sleep, usually sleeping eight hours and waking up refreshed and energetic. Since the Energy Transmissions, I have been sleeping 12 hours for about a month, and now my sleep has reduced to approximately four hours. I wake up and I do not feel tired and stay up for a while, then I go back to bed and sometimes fall asleep straight away and wake up feeling refreshed and relaxed. I seem to need less sleep!
