From early childhood I have had trouble falling asleep. After a year of Energy Transmissions, I went camping in national parks and wilderness areas and, for the first time in my life, I fell asleep before 9 pm and woke at dawn. All the symptoms of my chronic illness fell away. I also discovered that environmental exposures triggered the old symptoms of being unable to sleep and waking throughout the night. As long as I stay outside I sleep soundly and my health and attitude stays well. As soon as I go into a hotel room or my house or another building with poor air (dust, mold, bacteria, chemicals), I have trouble falling asleep again. So this has been a wonderful teacher, and it has guided me as to what I need to do. This Thursday I am leaving for an extended trip camping and living outdoors. I’m looking forward to my retreat in nature with great enthusiasm. My inner GPS is so clear about this that I don’t waver, even though my mother and my husband are fearful on my behalf. Divine is guiding.
