Like many, we are feeling the strong pinch of this economic downturn. My husband has been laid off for 18 months now and it does not look good for him to be hired. Since the last Energy Transmission, my husband and I were presented with a gift that I have been praying about. We were able to buy an established and much needed business. The previous owner is willing to stay as long as it takes to teach us the business, the lease on the building is affordable and the cost of taking over the business was reasonable–we couldn’t afford to not buy it! We are both a bit anxious because we have never owned a business before, but it has been something that we have always wanted to do. I am praying that everything will go smoothly and we will prosper!
